This review is solely on their vet clinic. Took a stray dog in to be scanned and they told me she was not chipped. Took her to another vet down the street and had her scanned again. They found a chip and they were able to contact the owner. I know mistakes can be made, but that's why it's good to get a second opinion.

I’m beyond pleased with my most recent trip to this Petco store. I would also like to give a big shoutout to employee Dana. She really went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service. She answered all my questions and made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Thanks to her, I was able to find and purchase a new dog collar, leash, and harness. She also assisted me with the dog tag engraving process for my adopted husky. You’re the best! Thank you so much! :)

We just completed the 6-week beginner puppy training at Petco, and we cannot say enough great things about Kassandra. Our Cane Corso puppy, Barkley, is a strong, intelligent breed, and we knew early on that proper training would be critical. Kassandra was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly effective in guiding not just Barkley—but us as owners—through the process. She took the time to explain the “why” behind each technique, helped us build consistency at home, and gave us practical tools that actually work in real-life situations. We saw noticeable improvements in Barkley’s focus, behavior, and responsiveness week after week. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cares. We had to miss a class due to vacation, and she went out of her way to allow us to make it up, which we truly appreciated. She celebrated Barkley’s progress with us and made the entire experience enjoyable and encouraging. If you’re considering training—especially for a large or strong-willed breed—we highly recommend Kassandra. I must say the people who work here are very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and showed me where they were located. Very nice service and staff

We've been coming here for about 5 years. Location is great, parking is always open as it's not so close to Costco members parking. Customer service has always been great!! We were lucky to have been recommended by a family member to see Lynette for our grooming needs!!! Lynette is amazing!! She always takes such great care of our baby Loki!! He knows the drill and thankfully doesn't give her grief. Hahahaha!! She is very patient and loving towards our babies!! We just introduced Shiloh to Lynette & so far, as always, Lynette is spectacular!! Side note, we have had almost all the grooming staff do Loki's teeth & nails. With that being said, if Lynette is not available, we always choose to go with Danny!! Danny was recommended from a high school friend & he's just as wonderful!! I'm horrible with names, but literally all the other groomers are great!!! You can't go wrong with any of the staff!!
